Great A'Tuin the Turtle comes, swimming slowly through the interstellar gulf, hydrogen frost on his ponderous limbs, his huge and ancient shell pocked with meteor craters. Through sea-sized eyes that are crusted with rheum and asteroid dust, he stares fixedly at the destination.

In a brain bigger than a city, with geological slowness, he thinks only of the weight.....

Hello and welcome to the Terry Pratchett, discworld, group, club, gathering, area.We think this is the first group on da of such a nature, until otherwise proven wrong. The main aim of this club is an area where Pratchett fans can gather and talk about coporal nobby nobbs or terry pratchett left shiny shoe. Its up to you really. There shall be regular contests, prizes doubtfull, unless you count self pride as a prize.

This groups needs an avatar hence, our first contest, i know this group is very small at this percise moment, however its simple.. we need an avatar. Please regard the subject, and make it so people will recognise pratchett if they saw our avatar, so prehaps choosing a popular image from discworld (eg great a'tuin, rincewind etc) would be a good idea.
